What are the indications for circumcision?

• Phimosis/paraphimosis
• Thick and long foreskin
• Frequent balanitis (infection of the head of penis)
• Frequent foreskin infection with tear

• Premature Ejaculation (extreme sensitive sensation around head of penis)

How long is the recovery process?

Minimal pain and swelling 1-3 days after circumcision. Wound inspection will be done on on day 3 after circumcision to examine any possible complications like bleeding and infection.
Other possible complications are swelling and wound breakdown where the wound might fail to close. So,patients will be taught proper wound care to prevent these complications as well as taking the prescribed medication will speed up the recovery process.
The staplers attached on the silicone cascade along the penis falls off by themselves in 2 weeks. No obvious scar and smoothness of skin observed once healed fully.
