Mostly skin tags, oil seeds, xanthelasma and viral warts are skin growths that can be found on any part of the body commonly on the neck, face, eyelid, under arm, groin and genital area. This could be frustrating and leave many wondering the removal without pain and scar formation, well fret not as we can remove these harmless (benign) skin lesions effectively with minimal downtime.

How is it removed?

• Topical anaesthesia is applied on the skin growths for few minutes and cleansed thoroughly. There are various methods of removal available but here we use laser method to remove the skin growths with no pain, no bleeding with minimal downtime. This procedure takes few minutes to be completed depending on the size and number of the skin growths.

How many sessions needed to remove?

• Usually skintags, viral warts, oil seed can be removed in single session.
  Xanthelasma is a skin condition where yellowish raised skin growth under eye or eyelids occur due to excess fat or high cholesterol in the body. To remove completely these might take 3-4 sessions.

What is the recovery process?

• Since the removal process is fast so goes the recovery process. After the procedure, patient is given antibiotic cream to apply on skin. Initially the tiny open wound looks pinkish and forms scab which falls off within 1 week.
  While most of these skin growths are harmless some might need extra attention to rule out cancerous type hence, we send to laboratory for investigation.
