A medical-grade facial is more than a relaxing spa treatment. It is a results-driven skin treatment performed in a clinical setting, using professional products and techniques chosen for your skin. At Vivardi Clinics in Rawang, Selangor, our team uses medical-grade facials to deeply cleanse, refresh and improve the health of your skin, with advice tailored to your concerns.
What makes a facial medical-grade?
The difference lies in the strength of the products, the assessment behind the treatment, and the clinical setting. A medical-grade facial is matched to your skin type and goals after a proper review, rather than a one-size-fits-all routine. This means the actives used are more effective, and the treatment can target concerns such as dullness, congestion, uneven texture and early signs of ageing.
Benefits you can expect
Done regularly, a medical-grade facial can leave the skin cleaner, smoother and brighter. It helps remove build-up, supports hydration, and prepares the skin to absorb good skincare more effectively. Many people use it as maintenance between other treatments, keeping the skin in better condition over time. Because the skin is assessed each visit, the treatment can adapt as your needs change.
Who is it for?
Medical-grade facials suit most skin types and are a gentle entry point for anyone starting their skincare journey. They are popular before events for a fresh glow, and as ongoing care for people who want healthier skin without significant downtime. If you have specific concerns such as pigmentation or acne, your doctor may suggest combining facials with targeted treatments like our Pico laser for a fuller plan.
How it fits into a wider skincare plan
Healthy skin is built on consistency. A facial gives a professional reset, while good daily skincare and sun protection maintain the results at home. For deeper concerns, your doctor can layer in other treatments at the right pace. You can explore the full range on our aesthetic treatments page.
What to expect at Vivardi
Your visit starts with a skin assessment so the treatment suits you. The facial itself is comfortable and relaxing, and there is usually little to no downtime, so most people return to their day straight after. The team will also share simple, honest skincare advice you can actually follow.
