QR678 Neo Hair Treatment Cost in Malaysia: Price Per Session and What Is Included

Short answer: QR678 Neo is priced per session, and because it works as a course, the number that actually matters is the total cost of your full treatment plan, not a single session figure. The price of each session depends on the size of the area being treated, how many sessions your degree of hair loss needs, the clinic, and who performs it. Rather than chase the cheapest per session rate, compare the total course, what is included, whether a doctor performs and reviews it, and what maintenance costs afterward. For an accurate figure for your scalp, a consultation is the honest answer, because the plan depends on your specific hair loss.

Cost is one of the first things people search when they are considering QR678 Neo for hair loss, and that is completely reasonable. The trouble is that a single session price tells you very little on its own, because this is a course based treatment and value depends on the whole plan. This guide explains what QR678 Neo is, what genuinely drives the cost, and how to compare quotes sensibly, all from a doctor led point of view.

What is QR678 Neo?

QR678 Neo is an injectable hair growth treatment. It uses a formulation of growth factors designed to stimulate hair follicles, delivered by injection into the scalp at the level of the follicles. The idea is to reactivate follicles that have miniaturised, meaning they have shrunk and are producing thinner, weaker hair, and to encourage them back toward healthier, thicker growth.

It sits in the same broad family as other in clinic hair stimulation treatments, such as PRP hair restoration, but uses a specific growth factor formulation rather than your own platelet plasma. Like PRP, it is done as a course of sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance. You can read more on our QR678 Neo page.

Understanding that it is a course, not a one off, is the foundation for understanding the cost. A single injection session is one step in a plan, and judging value by a single session price misses the point.

Why “price per session” is the wrong question

It is natural to ask “how much is one QR678 session,” but that number alone can mislead you in both directions.

A low single session price can look attractive but hide a long, expensive course, weaker technique, or no medical oversight. A higher single session price at a doctor led clinic might include proper assessment, a doctor performing the injections, and review of your progress, which is worth more even if the sticker looks bigger.

The meaningful comparison is the total cost of your recommended course, plus what maintenance will cost afterward, and what is included at each visit. That is the number that tells you what you will actually spend to get and keep a result. So when you gather quotes, always ask for the full plan, not just the price of one visit.

What actually drives the cost

Several real factors determine what QR678 Neo costs for you.

• The extent of your hair loss. A small area of early thinning needs less product and fewer sessions than widespread or more advanced loss. More scalp to treat means more cost.
• The number of sessions in your course. This is the biggest driver of total cost. Early thinning may need a shorter course, while more established loss needs more sessions to see meaningful change.
• Maintenance. Results are maintained with ongoing sessions rather than being permanent after one course, so factor in periodic maintenance visits when budgeting.
• The clinic and who performs it. A doctor led clinic where a qualified doctor assesses your scalp and performs the injections, and reviews your progress, delivers more than a quick injection at a non medical venue, and that is reflected in the price.
• What is included. Some prices include consultation, scalp assessment, and follow up review. Others charge these separately. A cheaper session with hidden extras may not be cheaper overall.

Because these factors vary so much between individuals, an honest clinic gives you a personalised plan and cost after assessing your scalp, rather than a one size price that may not fit your situation.

How many sessions will you need?

The number of sessions is the single biggest influence on total cost, so it is worth understanding.

QR678 Neo is typically given as a course of several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, often over a few months, followed by maintenance sessions to hold the result. Earlier, milder thinning generally needs fewer sessions and responds better, because there are more living, reactivatable follicles. More advanced loss needs more sessions and gives more modest results, because fewer follicles remain to stimulate.

This is also why acting early is not only better for results but often better for cost, since earlier intervention on a less advanced scalp tends to need less treatment. The exact number is set after a scalp assessment, which is why a consultation is the only way to get an accurate total.

What results should you expect for the money?

Setting realistic expectations protects you from disappointment and helps you judge whether the cost is worth it for you.

QR678 Neo works best on early to moderate thinning, where follicles are miniaturised but still alive. Realistic outcomes include thicker, stronger existing hair, reduced shedding, some regrowth in thinning areas, and improved density over several months. Results build gradually, because hair grows slowly, and they are maintained with ongoing sessions.

What it will not do is regrow hair on a scalp that has been completely bald and smooth for years, because there is little living follicle left to stimulate. In those cases, other options would be discussed, and paying for a treatment that cannot deliver on that scalp would not be fair to you. A responsible clinic will tell you honestly whether you are a good candidate before you commit money to a course.

QR678 Neo versus PRP: cost and choice

People often weigh QR678 Neo against PRP, and cost is part of that decision. Both are in clinic, injectable, course based hair stimulation treatments, and both aim to reactivate living follicles.

PRP uses your own blood, processed to concentrate growth factors, while QR678 Neo uses a specific growth factor formulation. Costs vary between the two and between clinics, and neither is universally cheaper. The better question is which suits your scalp and goals, and sometimes a doctor will suggest combining approaches, or pairing an in clinic treatment with medical treatment of the underlying cause. Our guide on combining microneedling and PRP and our oral hair regrowth medication page explain how these pieces fit together.

The most cost effective plan is usually the one that treats both the follicles and the underlying cause of the thinning, so your results last rather than fading once you stop, which would mean paying again. That is a judgement best made with a doctor.

How to compare quotes without getting caught out

When you are pricing QR678 Neo, protect yourself with a few questions:

• What is the total cost of my recommended course, not just one session.
• How many sessions do you recommend for my scalp, and why.
• Who performs the injections, and is a doctor assessing and reviewing me.
• What does the price include, consultation, assessment, and follow up.
• What will maintenance cost afterward.
• Am I a suitable candidate, honestly, given my degree of hair loss.

Clear answers to these are a sign of a trustworthy clinic. Vague answers, pressure to buy a big package on the spot, or a refusal to assess your suitability first are red flags. For a personalised plan and cost, contact us or book a consultation.

Getting the best value from your treatment

To make sure your spend actually pays off:

• Start early, because early thinning responds better and often needs less treatment.
• Complete the full course, since stopping halfway wastes the money already spent.
• Treat the underlying cause, so your results are protected rather than fading once treatment stops.
• Keep up sensible maintenance, which is cheaper than letting things regress and starting over.
• Support your hair health with good nutrition, checking iron and vitamin levels, and managing stress, all of which influence results and cost you nothing extra.

Value in hair treatment is not the lowest sticker price, it is the plan that gives you a lasting result for a sensible total spend. That almost always means a proper, doctor led plan rather than a bargain injection.

Frequently asked questions

How much does QR678 Neo cost in Malaysia?

It is priced per session, but the meaningful figure is the total cost of your full course, which depends on the extent of your hair loss, the number of sessions you need, the clinic, and who performs it. An accurate figure comes from a scalp assessment, because the plan is personalised.

How many sessions of QR678 Neo will I need?

It is a course of several sessions spaced a few weeks apart, followed by maintenance. Earlier, milder thinning needs fewer sessions, while more advanced loss needs more. The exact number is confirmed after an assessment.

Is QR678 Neo better value than PRP?

Neither is universally cheaper or better. Both are course based injectable treatments that reactivate living follicles. The right choice depends on your scalp and goals, and the most cost effective plan usually also treats the underlying cause so results last.

Will QR678 Neo regrow hair on a bald area?

No. It reactivates living but miniaturised follicles. On a scalp that has been fully bald for years there is little to work with, so a responsible clinic will tell you honestly rather than sell a course that cannot deliver.

Do I need maintenance after the course?

Yes. Results are maintained with ongoing sessions rather than being permanent after one course, so budget for periodic maintenance. Keeping up maintenance is cheaper than letting the result regress and starting again.

What is included in the price?

This varies by clinic. Some include consultation, scalp assessment, and follow up, while others charge separately. Always ask what is included so you can compare quotes fairly.
